How to fill up CTEVT Entrance Exam Form 2077 Online?
I.) While filling the CTEVT Classified Scholarship Entrance Exam Form, students need to mention their desired course, Province and list of desired institutes in the priority sequence.
II.) To fill up the entrance form, you need to pay the CTEVT Entrance Form charge of Six hundred (Rs. 600/- only). You can pay the form charge/fee while filing up the entrance form or you can pay the entrance form charge/fee, and, then proceed to fill-up the form. You can pay the Entrance form fee/charge from Esewa, Khalti and IME Pay Digital E-wallet or directly online as mentioned below.

a) To pay the Entrance Form Fee/Charge prior to the form submission, you need to follow these steps:
- Open Esewa, Khalti or IME Pay Mobile app, and click on the CTEVT logo.
- Fill up your First Name, Last Name and Mobile number (to receive a TOKEN number)
- Select the level you want to study, i.e. Diploma/PCL Level
- Pay the Entrance Form Charge.
- After paying the Entrance Form Charge, you will receive a TOKEN number in your Message box.
- Head towards step (b) after getting your TOKEN number.
b) Now, Open your internet browser and Go to CTEVT Official website.
c) Click on Classified Online Form.
d) Select the Level [Diploma/PCL] you want to study and click on “New User”
e) Enter your First Name, Last Name and Mobile Number (same as used while paying the Entrance Form Fee) and Click on “Proceed”.
f) Click on “Already Paid” and choose your Digital E-wallet used to pay the fee, Fill up the received TOKEN number and, Click on “Proceed”.
g) After the verification of Payment, Create a password. Classified Scholarship Entrance Form will open once the password is created.
h) Now, fill up the required information on the Online Form.

a) Open your internet browser and, Go to CTEVT official site.
b) Click on “Classified Online Form”.
c) Select the Level [Diploma/PCL] you want to study and click on “New User”
d) Enter your First Name, Last Name and Mobile Number and Click on “Proceed”.
e) Click on “Pay Now”, select your Payment method [Esewa, Khalti or IME Pay] and, Click on “Proceed”.
f) After the verification of Payment, Create a password. Classified Scholarship Entrance Form will open once the password is created.
g) Now, fill up the required information on the Online Form.
*Note: Required Documents must be uploaded in JPG format in the following sizes:
- Passport size coloured photo (35x45mm) size: Minimum – 8kb, Maximum – 50kb
- Student’s Signature Size: Minimum – 3kb, Maximum – 20kb
- Required Documents Size: Minimum – 80kb, Maximum – 300kb
III.) Recently snapped Coloured Passport size (35x45mm) photo and required documents must be attached while submitting the Online Entrance Form.
IV.) If the required payment, photo and the documents are not attached with the Online for, the Entrance Form will be rejected.
V.) After the Classified Scholarship Entrance Form is submitted by the student and verified by the CTEVT, Examination Controller Office, Entrance Admit card can be printed at the same time.
