CTEVT Special Scholarship Notice
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has published a CTEVT Special Scholarship Notice 2077/78.
As provided in the budget and program of the Government of Nepal for the Fiscal Year 2077/078 BS, special technical education in various technical subjects to the students of Deprived, Dalit and Muslim communities across the country. Under the scholarship program, 80 candidates at the pre-diploma level and 480 students at the diploma /certificate level were required to fill the application form for the entrance examination on 2077/12/23.
Due to the curfew (lockdown) issued in most of the districts for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the same period, the examination control office could not conduct the entrance examination on the stipulated date.
Due to non-selection of students for the program within this Fiscal Year, 560 students from deprived, Dalit and Muslim communities are deprived of the opportunity to receive technical education. As the decision was taken by the examination committee on 2078/03/10 to select the students for admission in the approved quota according to the qualification order and recommend them within this financial year. This information has been published for the information of all regarding the selection and admission of trainees by amending the information programs.
