CTEVT Re-totaling Notice for Diploma/PCL and TSLC
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training [CTEVT] has published the results of almost all the CTEVT programs i.e. Diploma/PCL and TSLC/Pre-Diploma. At the same time, many students may be unsatisfied with their results published by CTEVT.
Students who are not satisfied with their results can apply for re-totalling of their results/marks. This task was performed by the students visiting the CTEVT provincial office or Head office. But, CEVT stopped the services having direct contact from person to person, due to the increasing number of Coronavirus infections.
Thus, CTEVT has published a recent re-totalling notice for Diploma/PCL and TSLC program students who are not satisfied with their results. According to the recent notice, Students can now apply for re-totalling without visiting the CTEVT office or they can also visit the provincial office.

Students can apply for re-totalling of their results or marks through email. Students have to submit the application for re-totalling within 21 days of the result published date. They need to download the re-totalling form and fill up the form. The re-totalling forms can for both Diploma and TSLC programs are attached below.
Students have to scan the filled-up re-totalling, their Marksheet or Ledger or Exam Entrance Card (प्रवेश पत्र ) and the receipt of the Bank received after paying the re-totalling fee. Students need to pay NPR. 500 for each subject of Diploma and NPR. 300 for each subject of TSLC-level programs. They need to deposit the re-totalling fee to CTEVT Bank Account. Details of the Bank Account are as below:
